Your mission
  • You are responsible for and shape our cross-channel performance strategy in nine countries, including setting and achieving budgets and targets.
  • You are responsible for the strategic conception, implementation and continuous optimisation of our acquisition campaigns.
  • Plan, monitor and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns in full alignment to sales KPI’s.
  • You increase the success of our campaigns on the basis of typical e-commerce key performance indicators such as conversion rate, CPOs & ROAS.
  • Furthermore, you develop and improve a well-founded, funnel-optimised approach from prospecting and retargeting campaigns.
  • Stagnation is a foreign word for you: you constantly research and test new concepts and channels and keep our performance marketing up to date.
  • You analyse and document tests and results on an ongoing basis and build up a well-founded reporting system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies and best practices in performance marketing.
Your profile
  • Ideally, you have a degree in marketing, business administration, online marketing or comparable training. More important than your formal educational background, however, is that you have at
  • least three years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing / online marketing.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in performance Marketing with a focus on SEA; good expertise in paid social and growth marketing is required.
  • E-commerce is your passion and you already have experience in performance marketing for online shops.
  • You enjoy and are motivated by KPI-based, goal-oriented work. You are on a first-name basis with the relevant key figures for success analysis and you understand what they want to tell you with regard
    to the campaign goal.
  • We would also like you to be confident in using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and
    Google Search Console.
  • Practical experience in other online marketing disciplines is an advantage.
  • You have a data-first mindset and a deep understanding of KPIs depending on the campaign objective.
  • You are also able to put yourself in the shoes of our customers and have excellent communication skills.
  • Furthermore, you work in a structured, conscientious and focused manner to achieve the set goals.

Our products and brands are developed in the heart of Berlin. Our headquarters are located just one stop from the main train station. We currently have about 35 employees from 15 nations working in the departments Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Design, Product Development, IT, B2B and B2C Sales, People & Organisation and BI & Controlling. We sell our two brands (more are planned) via our own online shops, marketplaces and retail partners.
